A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of cost (to a certain extent). We will move your web site(s) to our state–of–the–art cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching web hosting providers can result in lost info and undesired downtime. That is why we will do all that for you for free!We have highly qualified administrators whose primary task is to make sure that your web site functions precisely as it did on your former hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based upon popular applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time frame, because there are lots of factors, including the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our best to transfer your website within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not large).

A: Yep. We will require the name of the website that you wish us to move. We’ll also require a means to log into your old web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your web site.

A: Customer privacy is one of our greatest responsibilities – that’s why, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–class SSL certificates. We use safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative methods to secure the details that we acquire on the World Wide Web. A: While we migrate your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. After the transfer is finished, we’ll ensure that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your web content is not affected before telling you that the transfer is complete. Then we’ll tell you how to move the domain to your web hosting account with us and how to update your DNS records.

A: While we migrate your content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We won’t contact them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–based web hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
